So, Monk Gyatso is kind of a nerd.  I noticed that there are certain temporal markers in the events of ATLA, so I tried to guesstimate a loose timeline of when the episodes took place.   Using the solstices as tent poles, I approximated the week of each month when an adventure or chapter would have taken place.

I have then applied these to the 2013-2014 calendar to the Saturdays (which is when we will be watching them.  We are starting a “Saturday Morning Avatar Club”)

Sometimes there are two a week (particularly the two-parters, or particularly weak episodes, so that is opinion)

The kids and I are excited to try and view these according to the schedule this year.
You are certainly welcomed to join us this year!

We also invite all to join our discussion as we watch them about what lessons might be learned (see this blog!).
